Data protection declaration for the app and website.

General 

1. Your personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR (e.g. IP address, e-mail address, address, MAC address, payment information) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law and taking into account the European General Data Protection Regulation ( DSGVO) processed. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. 

2. The processing of personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 2 GDPR is lawful under Art. 6 GDPR if one of the following conditions is met: 

a) The data subject has given their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes; 

b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures which are taken at the request of the data subject; 

c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject; 

d) processing is necessary to protect vital interests of the data subject or another natural person; 

e) the processing is necessary for the performance of a task that is in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority that has been delegated to the controller; 

f) processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the person responsible or a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject that require the protection of personal data prevail, in particular if the data subject is a Child acts. 

3. The processing of special personal data (e.g. health data) within the meaning of Art. 9 Para. 1 GDPR is lawful in accordance with Art. 9 Para.

– the person has given their express consent; 

– the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or in the case of court actions in the context of their judicial activities. 

4. Automatic decision-making or profiling regarding personal data within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR does not take place. 

5. The operator ensures the security of the data in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, taking into account the principle of proportionality, through appropriate technical measures. 

6. If, contrary to expectations, there is a breach of data protection, the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 33 GDPR and the data subject in accordance with Art. 34 GDPR will be notified. 

Scope 

This privacy policy only applies to our apps and website. If you are redirected via links to our app in the respective app store or to the website, please inform yourself there about the respective handling of your data. 

Duration of data storage 

The duration of the storage of the data transmitted by you depends on the legal storage obligations. Your registration data will be saved for the duration of the existing account. Due to tax and commercial law regulations, invoice data must be kept for a period of 10 years. 

Disclosure of data to third parties 

Data transmitted as part of the contractual relationship will only be passed on to third parties (Art. 4 No. 10 GDPR) if you have expressly given your consent (Art. 4 No. 11 GDPR) or if the transfer is necessary to fulfill the contract. Consent can be revoked informally at any time. Data collected by visiting the website is only collected by third parties who are expressly named below.

Storage of access data in log files 

You can visit our website without providing any personal information.

    cookies
    We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser creates automatically and that are stored on your end device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Wix is a company based in Tel Aviv, Israel with offices in the US and Europe. The purpose of the processing results from our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Google Fonts (local integration) 

Google Fonts are integrated locally with us or loaded via the Wix server. There is no data transfer to Google servers.

Use of the App Store 

To load the app from one of the app stores, you must create an account with the relevant app store operator and provide your personal data (e.g. e-mail address). We have no influence on the processing of this data.

Storage of login data / registration 

With our app, we support your device storing the account data you have entered. These are small files that are stored on your end device (tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you use the app. These files do not cause any damage and do not contain viruses, trojans or other malicious software. 

The use serves to make the use of our offer more pleasant for you. So you don't have to re-enter the login data when you start the app again. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR. 

If you do not wish to be saved, you can deactivate this in the settings of your device or delete the app if necessary. Registration is possible via the app. For your security, the process can only be completed by clicking the link in the confirmation email. 

Access rights in the app 

Accessing memory 

Access to the system memory is required to store files and saved login data. 

The use is justified on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit.

Usage Data 

With the help of usage data, we can determine which buttons and links you clicked on in the app and how long you stayed in which areas. We evaluate this data anonymously in order to improve the experience with the app.

Camera / photo library 

Access to the camera and photo library is required so that you can transfer pictures to us. Only pictures that you have selected yourself will be transferred to us.

Performance and diagnostic data 

To improve the performance and stability of the app, we collect performance and diagnostic data when using the app. This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person and is of a purely technical nature.

Google Firebase 

We use Google Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"), in our app. Firebase is a mobile platform that provides various functions and services for mobile application development, such as usage statistics, data analysis, authentication, cloud messaging, remote configuration management and crash reporting. 

Google Firebase is used on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving and optimizing our app and providing a secure and reliable app platform. 

By using Firebase, personal data such as IP addresses, device IDs and usage data (e.g. crashes, times of use, clicks) can be transmitted to Google. The data is usually stored on Google servers in Frankfurt, but storage in the USA is also possible. Google has submitted to standard contractual clauses and thus ensures an appropriate level of data protection.

Upload content in the app 

We collect, store and process your images solely to provide you with the image upload service and to ensure that you access your images 

 

access and manage them. We will never pass on or sell your images to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or this is necessary to fulfill the contractual purpose or you have given your consent. 

The processing of the vehicle registration documents is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a) GDPR. 

Please note that you are solely responsible for the images you upload. Please make sure you have the necessary rights to upload the images and that the images are free of harmful content or viruses. 

Tracking in the app 

We track app usage to check for improvements and bugs. Data about the use of the app is recorded and evaluated anonymously. No personal data such as name or address are recorded. The data will not be passed on to third parties. 

The processing of data to improve the app is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR. The legitimate interest in data processing arises from the need to improve the app. 

Contact form 

When using the contact form offered on these pages, the information you enter is transmitted and stored for the purpose of answering your request. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The lawfulness of using the form results from Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Inquiry by email or phone 

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent. 

This data is processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and / or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR), since we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing the inquiries addressed to us. 

The data you sent to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular legal retention periods - remain unaffected. 

Newsletter 

On our site we offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. With this newsletter we inform you about our offers at regular intervals. In order to receive our newsletter, you need a valid e-mail address. We will check the e-mail address you have entered to ensure that you are actually the owner of the e-mail address provided or that the owner is authorized to receive the newsletter. When you register for our newsletter, we will save your IP address and the date and time of your registration. This serves to protect us in the event that a third party misuses your e-mail address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge. We do not collect any further data. Social Media Links 

We have our own social media pages for the third-party providers that can be reached via links from this website. By using the links you get to the respective third-party websites (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and can also share our content. No data transfer takes place when you visit our website. As soon as you have called up the third-party provider's website, you are in the area of responsibility of the respective third-party provider, so that their data protection declaration or their declarations on the use of data also apply. Security of your data / SSL encryption 

In accordance with legal regulations, this site uses SSL encryption (website only), recognizable by a lock symbol in the address bar of your browser. Transmitted data cannot be read by third parties if SSL encryption is activated. 

This is usually a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. 

We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures (TOM) to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. 

User rights 

You can request information about the personal data stored about you at any time and free of charge. Your rights also include a confirmation, correction, restriction, blocking and deletion of such data and the provision of a copy of the data in a form suitable for transmission, as well as the revocation of a given consent and the objection. Statutory retention requirements remain unaffected.
